The Ambassador is a short walk from the train station, at the foot of Zermatt’s main shopping street and close to the railway ski shuttle and bus stop.

The Ambassador has a restaurant and a bar on the ground floor, as well as a dining room for half board meals.Open to guests and non-guests outside the hotel, the Chi-Ba-Bou is The Ambassador's fondue restaurant. Meat is served in a buffet for you to cook at your table in three fondue styles: Chinese, Bacchus or Bourguignonne, hence the name. A wide range of salads and side dishes are also available.

After a day’s skiing or hiking, have a swim in our 17m pool. Our state of the art whirlpool and sauna are great for relaxing.
