The Europe Hotel & Spa is located in a quiet spot in the centre of Zermatt with a view of the Matterhorn. In summer 2010 the Europe underwent a complete renovation and is now a four-star hotel with 23 traditional rooms in the main building, 12 of which have a view of the Matterhorn, and 16 modern Alpine-style rooms in the new building, which opened in 2010.
Whilst guests can enjoy comfort, convenience and the colourful fabrics with cosy Zermatt charm in the main building, the new extension has a more modern touch: wood, stone, glass, sumptuous fabrics and leather create a wonderful natural atmosphere of wellbeing.
